MangoMundo LLC, a creative media marketing boutique, is looking for marketing interns to promote our clients—international language schools—through search engine optimization and social media marketing.

Internship Description

Responsibilities include—but are not limited to—enhancing MangoMundo client website search engine optimization results, promoting clients through social media, collecting marketing research, and assisting in building our internship program by recruiting future interns.

Requirements

Candidates must be forward-thinking individuals with excellent time management skills and impressive oral and written skills. Interns must be computer savvy, able to meet deadlines and work on their own, and possess a desire to enter the field of marketing. Candidates must have high intermediate-advanced English skills. Interning for academic credit is a plus.

Intern Benefits

This is a perfect position for someone looking to gain experience in marketing and search engine optimization. Interns work directly with the Creative Director to gain vital knowledge of the marketing industry; in addition, interns receive the support of our Internship Coordinator and access to a structured internship program designed to provide interns with real-world marketing skills. All interns receive a letter of recommendation. MangoMundo is happy to complete any documents necessary for the intern to receive college credit.

Terms & Conditions

Interns should expect to work 10-15 hours per week: responsibilities include at least one weekly meeting with the MangoMundo Creative Director where the intern’s responsibilities for the week will be laid out. There is also an opportunity for interns to work in advertising sales and general sales if interns possess a desire to break in to this field.

As part of our dedication to social responsibility, all interns are also required to dedicate a portion of their internship hours to Fundacion MangoMundo, a nonprofit organization (and MangoMundo LLC affiliate) dedicated to funding arts education in Nicaragua.
